袋进袋出高效空气过滤单元，主要应用于高等级生物安全实验室排风处置系统。依据GB19489-2008《实验室生物安全通用要求》中“应可以在原位对排风高效过滤器进行消毒灭菌和检漏”的规定要求设计，由检测气溶胶发生段、混合段、上游采样段、扫描段等功能部分组成
该设备采用线扫描捡漏工艺，对高效过滤器进行原位检漏，并实现单独对HEPA过滤器进行消毒灭菌，采用偏心压紧方式对过滤器进行装卸和袋进袋出方式更换，安全方便，并可实时显示高效过滤器阻力，满足生物安全标准要求，便于操作维护，满足云顶集团官方入口国高等级生物安全实验室建设的需要
BIBO is mainly used in the high-grade biosafety laboratory exhaust treatment system. According to the requirements of GB19489-2008 General Requirements for Laboratory Biosafety, "It should be possible to disinfect, sterilize and detect leaks high-efficiency exhaust filters in situ", and consists of functional parts such as aerosol generation egment, mixing segment,upstream sampling segment, scanning segment and so on.
The equipment adopts the line scanning leak picking process, detects the leakage of the high-efficiency filter in situ, and realizes the disinfection and sterilization of the HEPA filter separately. It adopts the eccentric compression method to load and unload the filter and replace the bag in and out of the bag. It is safe and convenient, and can display the high-efficiency filter resistance in real time to meet the biosafety standard.
