将滤网取下，放置在含有洗涤剂(禁烧碱)温度约为60C的水中进行浸泡，视油烟滤网的洁净程度浸泡相应时长后取出用水冲洗，待水干后即可重新安装使用
维护清洁应按照系统销售商建议按计划实施；
清理维护时，操作人员须佩戴护目镜及橡胶手套等劳保用品应由经过培训的人员，对过滤网日清日结;油量不大的系统可每周清洁一次
